How the program works
Earn 20% recurring commission on eligible LeadNestAI subscription payments from approved referrals. Commissions are held for 30 days and paid after manual review.
Subscription only
Commission applies only to LeadNestAI subscription payments. It is never based on property prices, real estate commissions, transaction value, houses sold, or customer closing revenue.
Referral tracking
Share your referral link with agents who may be a fit for LeadNestAI. Eligible referrals are tracked for 30 days.
Eligibility and approval
A referral becomes eligible only after the referred customer is attributed correctly, approved if needed, and active on an eligible paid subscription.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunded, disputed, canceled, fraudulent, or charged-back payments should not create payable commission.
Payout timing
Commissions are reviewed manually, held for 30 days, and paid after approval. Automatic payouts are not implemented yet.
Self-referrals and fraud
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, coupon abuse, fake accounts, and other fraudulent activity should be restricted.
Affiliate disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for making required disclosures when they promote LeadNestAI.
Terms may change
LeadNestAI may update referral program terms, approval rules, commission eligibility, and payout requirements as the manual payout workflow matures.
